Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Own the end-to-end development of new features using Python, TypeScript, and React—from ideation to deployment.
• User-Centric Focus: Collaborate with product and design to create solutions that delight users and solve their real-world problems.
• High-Performance Mindset: Build and maintain highly scalable and reliable applications, always pushing for top performance and responsiveness.
• 0 to 1 Building: Take new ideas from concept to production, iterating quickly to validate and refine.
• Quality & Maintainability: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Uphold rigorous engineering standards through peer reviews and consistent testing.
• Relentless Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges, debug issues, and seek innovative ways to optimize existing systems.

Qualifications

• Real-World Experience: You’ve built and shipped products that people use—and can share those experiences with us.
• Python & TypeScript: Proficiency in both languages, plus comfort with React for front-end development.
• Resourcefulness & Autonomy: Ability to independently figure out how to solve problems and move projects forward.
